HST researchers receive funding for developing future research ideas

Talented young researchers from Aalborg University (AAU) have been selected to receive specific funding for the development of research ideas and research leadership skills. Over the next three years, the young research talents are to receive a total of DKK 48 million

Among the selected 18 young AAU researchers to receive funding through the talent management program are Associate Professor Shellie A. Boudreau and Claus Graff from Department of Health Science and Technology.

The Executive Management has selected 18 young AAU researchers to receive funding through the talent management program established as part of the implementation of Aalborg University's strategy “Knowledge for the World”.

A cross-faculty academic assessment committee nominated the 18 young researchers from a pool of 50 applicants, who had answered the Executive Management’ s call for applications to the new talent management program.

The selected researchers – 12 men and 6 women – come from all faculties: four from the Faculty of Humanities, three from the Faculty of Social Sciences, four from the Faculty of Medicine and seven from the Faculty of Engineering and Science. Please click here to see the full list.
